Laura will talk about her journey as a female developer with over 18 years of experience – not all of which came with the title of ‘software engineer’. Before there were bootcamps, is her story of the struggles of a female developer trying to figure things out without any guidance in the world. Her career has been a long road with many different titles, but the code was always there. The path to success isn’t always a straight line and her talk provides some insight into how you should always keep pursuing your dream, no matter what the path looks like.
