Started my career in 2003 as an intern with Time Warner cable, creating internal applications and updating content. Went back to school and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015 with a bachelor of science in computer science with a minor in philosophy. Currently working as a principal software engineer at Fidelity Investments on the virtual assistant product. Continuously trying to build on my knowledge to become a well-rounded developer, with a current focus on cloud and natural language processing. I teach JavaScript in my spare time, for various reasons, but I really enjoy new developers, and talking about a language I’ve loved for years.
