Nureen D’Souza leads Capital One’s Open Source Program Office. She has been at Capital One for 7 years transforming software delivery ecosystems. She is a creative problem solver who understands how to harness the power of technology to solve business problems. She has enabled tools, products and frameworks through DevSecOps Engineering, and open source collaboration. As the lead of Open Source Program Office at Capital One, her goal is to make a positive impact on the developers and the external open source community through structured adoption, upstream contribution and release of open source projects.
