Carlos Santana is a Senior Technical Staff Member (STSM) at IBM, as an Architect for the IBM Cloud Garage he leads the architecture, integration, and development of Cloud Native Solutions. He contributes to open source project Knative as UX working group lead. He works with enterprise customers to help them adopt open source technologies such as Kubernetes, Istio, and Knative to help improve their devops and observability practices.

He moved to Raleigh, NC from Puerto Rico when he finished college. He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University (NCSU).
