Let’s Get Social! 2021 Socials Overview
While sessions and education are the primary reasons people attend ATO, and events in general, a close second is networking.
After all, connections are made and conversations are engaged in that can propel a career and create new opportunities.
Also, they’re a great time to relax after hours of consuming content.
This year’s socials offer something for everyone, and all three have been structured with safety protocols in place and safety top-of-mind.

ATO After Hours Social / RIoT Demo Night

Monday evening, October 18 – 5:30 pm ET
Immediately following ATO programming on Monday evening, October 18 we’re walking down the stairs to the second floor of the Convention Center and joining the team at RIoT for their annual Demo Night event – and we’re encouraging attendees to join us!
What is Demo Night and what does it offer?
- Demo Night is RIoT’s largest in-person event of the year. Hear from blockbuster speakers and see 50+ live IoT demos.
- Beverages and light food will be available for all attendees.
Send-Off Social
Tuesday evening, October 19 – 5:00 pm ET
We’ll stay onsite at the Raleigh Convention Center this year and we’ll again walk down to the second floor (like on Monday evening) where it is spacious and absolutely beautiful. We’ll have (distanced) seating set up to ensure a safe environment and beverages and light food will be served.
In addition, since the Send-Off Social is the last event that onsite participating attendees can score points for attending, we’ll announce the winners of the onsite gamification component toward the end of the event as well. It should be a lot of fun.
